ANNOUNCEMENT OF VACANT POSITIONS UNDER CONTRACT OF  SERVICE

FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION

Position: Project Assistant III

Monthly Rate: Php 27,525.60 (SG-12)

Qualification Standard: 

  • Education: Graduate of any Business Course preferably Accounting, Finance or Management
  • Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Training: Eight (8) hours relevant training
  • Other Qualifications:
    • With knowledge in procurement and its laws (i.e. RA 9184)is an advantage
    • With knowledge in computer office applications (MS Word, MS Excel and Microsoft Access);
    • With good communication skills;
    • Must be efficient in time management: can multi-task,flexible and can work under time pressure and with minimal supervision;
    • Must be willing to be trained; and
    • Must satisfy core competency requirements as follows:
      • Exemplifying Integrity;
      • Delivering Service Excellence;
      • Solving Problems & Making Decision 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Canvass and purchase supplies, materials and services on emergency basis;
  • Assign number to approved Purchase Requests (PRs);
  • Encode all items included in the approved PR to the  Procurement Database (Excel File);
  • Update Monitoring Database every after successful procurement conducted;
  • Prepare Purchase Order (PO) and other Contracts based on approved PRs;
  • Establish, maintain and upload scanned copy of approved PRs to share file through Local Area Network (LAN);
  • Consolidate quotations, prepare Abstract of Bids and facilitate signature by the BAC Members and forward consolidated documents to the BAC Secretariat for preparation of BAC Resolution; and
  • Assist in the receipt of deliveries.

Monthly Rate: Php 27,525.60 (SG-12)

Qualification Standard: 

  • Education: Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Communications
  • Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Training: Eight (8) hours relevant training
  • Other Qualifications:
    • With good oral & written communication skills;
    • With knowledge in computer office applications (MS Word, MS Excel and Microsoft Access);
    • Must be efficient in time management: can multi-task, flexible and can work under time pressure and with minimal  supervision;
    • Must be willing to be trained; and 
    • Must satisfy core competency requirements as follows: 
      • Exemplifying Integrity;
      • Delivering Service Excellence; and
      • Solving Problems & Making Decision 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) notices;
  • Prepare Invitations regarding bidding activities for the BAC, Technical Working  Group (TWG), Commission on Audit (COA) and Observers such as Non-Government Organization (NGO) and duly recognized private group in a sector or discipline relevant to the procurement;
  • Prepare bidding documents, BAC resolutions, and Bid Bulletins;
  • Facilitate signature by the BAC Members the BAC Resolutions; and
  • Take custody of all bidding documents and other records and ensure that all procurement undertaken by the Institute are properly documented.

Position: Project Assistant III (BAC Secretariat Project Staff no. 2)

Monthly Rate: Php 27,525.60 (SG-12)

Qualification Standard: 

  • Education: Graduate in Information Technology/Computer Science Course
  • Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Training: Eight (8) hours relevant training
  • Other Qualifications:
    • With knowledge in computer programming preferably in php programming
    • With knowledge in computer office applications (MS Word, MS Excel and Microsoft Access);
    • Must be efficient in time management: can multi-task, flexible and can work under time pressure and with minimal supervision;
    • Must have good communication skills;
    • Must be willing to be trained; and 
    • Must satisfy core competency requirements as follows:
      • Exemplifying Integrity;
      • Delivering Service Excellence; and
      • Solving Problems & Making Decision 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor the submission of Project Procurement Management Plans (PPMPs);
  • Monitor procurements vis-à-vis PPMPs and PRs in order to:
  • identify deficiencies and make the necessary adjustment of PPMPs for APP updating
  • Prepare the Procurement Monitoring Report (PMR)
  • Prepare the Agency Procurement Compliance Performance Indicators (APCPI)
  • Assist in the consolidation of PPMPs;
  • Prepare the monthly Status of Quality Objectives on Procurement.
