After two years of waiting, the Department of Science and Technology - Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) finally launched and inaugurated the 21st Century Learning Environment Model (21st CLEM) in the three school-adopters in the Division of Calamba City, Laguna last 12th of November 2022.
The three school-adopters of the model, namely, the Calamba City Science Integrated School, Camp Vicente Lim Integrated School, and Looc Integrated School, displayed the various technology-driven features of their classrooms such as the 3D printer, robotics, interactive projector-smartboard, drone, and visualizer.

Discovering career roadmap in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) is made easier for the Filipino youth through the inauguration of a STEM Career Guidebook, the first in the country, courtesy of the Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI).
In celebration of the 2022 National Science and Technology Week (NSTW), the DOST-SEI launched FINDING NORTH IN STEM – a handy reference and assessment tool carefully crafted and designed to guide Filipino students into the STEM careers that fit their skills and interests.

A total of 1,803 junior college students secures educational scholarships as the Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) announces the names of qualifiers under the Junior Level Science Scholarships (JLSS).
These successful examinees are among the 9,077 who took the pen-and-paper qualifying examination administered in various testing centers nationwide on 27-28 August 2022. For two years, the Institute did not conduct the national qualifying examination and instead used data analytics to select new JLSS scholars.
